Boticca first cropped up on my accessories radar a few months ago and I featured some great pieces from their extensive range of jewellery, bags etc in the lead up to Christmas, in my "gift guides for girls".

-Statement is more: you don't need to pile on the accessories if you're wearing the right statement piece.  For something that says statement, without overdoing it, look to the likes of Krista R for divine Baroque-inspired shawlettes made with vintage French lace.

-The right handbag does wonders. Get your handbag right and the rest will follow. Eva Longoria’s a fan of Dareen Hakim’s clutches. 

-Accessorize with what suits you. We cannot stress this enough! For Anna Wintour it’s fur and chokers, for you it might be a graphic print silk scarf or a chunky bracelet.  Gemma Redux’s Liz Bracelet is an all-time favourite and has been seen on the wrist of Cameron Diaz.

I have to confess one thing I love about this site is the price range, there is something for every budget and there is no doubt it will become my "go to site" for gifts in future.
